Multhana, ‘People coming together to help each other’

We were founded to engage the local Aboriginal Community and provide training, employment and career development opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in the Queensland cleaning, building and maintenance industry.

As part of this mission, our Services team deliver qualified building, maintenance and cleaning services to clients across Brisbane and South-East Queensland. There is now space for a skilled professional to join our team, managing our tendering and proposal function to support us in winning new business and securing opportunities for people within our organisation and community.

Delivering Across Queensland 

In this role, based out of our modern Eight-Mile Plains office, you will work to coordinate, write and prepare proposals and tenders for our cleaning and building services across South-East QLD. Across the day-to-day, you will:

  • Project Manage – Manage the complete tendering process from discovery to submission and ensure all timeframes are met.
  • Collaborate – Work closely with stakeholders across the business to collate the relevant collateral and information to make our proposals as competitive as possible.
  • Discover – Find and identify new opportunities for us to propose or tender our services across South-East Queensland.
  • Presentation – Blow stakeholders away with attractive presentations of our top-quality services.

Just as importantly, you will work to constantly improve and enhance our tender submission process to increase our success rate and make our proposals as appealing as possible.

How you can make a difference

To thrive in this role, you will bring circa three years of experience in writing, developing or managing tenders and proposals in the concrete industry.

You will hold a passion for driving outcomes alongside solid administration skills to manage the day-to-day flow of the role and ensure tendering deadlines are met.

Just as important is:

  • A strong digital skillset across, at least the Microsoft Office Suite and Sharepoint
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills to engage a wide range of stakeholders
  • A keen attention to detail to ensure our tender’s integrity and professionalism
